Mettalized Ceramic Substrates (2010-4-24)    To make a welding between ceramic and metal, use a layer of thin metal adhered onto ceramic surface, it is called ceramic metallization. A series of processing methods are available such as silver platting, copper platting, Mo-Mn platting, Mo-W platting, Gold platting and tin platting, etc. Other methods also can be made from customer's requests.
